At Joy Traditions, we carefully package each 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) Deluxe Advent Calendar in reinforced protective gift cartons to ensure it arrives in pristine condition on your doorstep.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

• Processing Time: All orders are inspected, packed, and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday).

2. Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

• Shipping Rate: FREE Tracked Shipping on all advent calendar orders ($0.00).
• Standard Delivery Time: 6 to 12 business days from dispatch (typical total delivery window of 7 to 15 business days from order placement).
• Delivery Partners: Shipments are line-hauled with priority air logistics and handed over to your local postal carrier (USPS in the United States, Royal Mail/Evri in the United Kingdom, Canada Post, Australia Post) for final doorstep delivery.

3. On-Time Holiday Delivery Guarantee (Before Dec 1st)

All orders placed during our Early Bird countdown period are backed by our Guaranteed Delivery Before December 1st. In the rare event that carrier transit delays cause your package to arrive after November 30th, please reach out via our Contact Us Page and our care team will resolve it immediately.

4. Damaged Packages

If your outer box or internal blister tray sustains damage during transit, please take a photo and message us through our Contact Us Page within 7 days of delivery. We will try to find the best possible solution depending on the case.
