1. 30-Day Return Window

You may request a return or refund for up to 30 days following the confirmed delivery date of your order. 

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or report an issue, please contact our family care team directly through our Contact Page with your order number. Our team responds to all inquiries within 12 hours.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incomplete Items

If your calendar arrives damaged from transit, or if any squishy figure is defective or missing from its numbered door:
1. Contact us via our Contact Page.
2. Attach a clear photo showing the damage or issue.
3. We will immediately issue a full refund or send a rush replacement at no additional charge. For damaged items, you will not be required to ship the product back.

4. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind and wish to return an unopened, unused calendar:

• The item must be in its original packaging with all 24 numbered doors intact and unopened.
• Once your return request is approved by our team, we will provide the nearest return facility address. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return or refund is approved, funds are automatically credited to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
