Holiday Delivery & Shipping

Will my Advent Calendar arrive before December 1st?
Yes! We guarantee delivery before November 28th for all orders placed during our Early Bird period. If your order does not arrive before December 1st, we will issue a 100% full refund under our On-Time Holiday Delivery Guarantee.
Which countries do you ship to and what are delivery times?
We proudly ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. All orders include full end-to-end tracking. Typical delivery takes 6 to 11 business days.
How can I track my package?
As soon as your package is dispatched, we send an automated email with your direct tracking number and carrier link so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.
What if my box arrives damaged?
We package each 3.3 lb (1.5 kg) calendar in heavy-duty reinforced holiday gift cartons with custom internal blister trays. If transit causes any damage to your box or contents, email support@joytraditions.com with a photo and we will rush a replacement immediately.

Are the squishy toys non-toxic and safe for young kids?
Yes, 100%. Every single squishy is crafted from certified food-grade, odorless TPR (Thermo-Plastic Rubber) that is independently lab tested, BPA-Free, phthalate-free, and lead-free. Recommended for ages 3+.
How big are the toys? Are they miniature 1-inch blobs?
Not at all! Unlike cheap generic calendars that weigh only 300g–400g with tiny 1-inch rubber figures, our Deluxe Edition weighs a solid 3.3 lbs (1.5 kg) and features jumbo, hand-sized slow-rise squishies designed for deep tactile satisfaction.
How do I clean the squishies if they get dirty?
They are completely washable! Simply rinse under warm tap water with a drop of gentle soap and let air dry. Dust with a tiny pinch of cornstarch or baby powder to instantly restore their velvety soft, non-sticky finish.
